While management is a complicated process that involves people skills and knowledge of social sciences, management is also an art. At least, that’s what the creators of the course Managing People: Engaging Your Workforce believe.
The instructor of the course, Martin Bicknell, is charismatic, focused and sounds very inspiring in the trailer where he presents the subject that he teaches. Martin is an educator at the Henley Business School. He is one of those teachers who you want to listen to even if initially you weren’t interested in the topic. Martin says that the course works with the most fascinating topic — people at work — which he finds the most challenging but also the most rewarding.
